The agreement is emblematic of an already successful collaboration. The two firms have been working together for the last several years implementing solutions ranging from market risk management to regulatory requirements such as the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) at Spanish banks.
This union comes at a time when global banks’ need to streamline ever-expanding work streams to meet shifting regulations has never been more crucial.
